Refund & Cancellation

At Lule Glow, customer satisfaction is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to fulfill your skincare quench with our products and make you feel unique.

We know that skincare products are very personal for everyone, to honor that, we issue a full refund for any unopened and unused products that are returned within a week from the day you received the product. The process is very simple, contact us and return the products to our address. However, postage will be charged at actuals and a refund will be processed upon successful validation by Lule Glow.

 

Refunds/Replacements will be only honored in below scenarios:

  • Incorrect product received.

  • Received a damaged product (we urge you to kindly capture a product opening video).
     

As we have special packaging that cannot be repackaged, we do not accept any returns on opened products. Don't worry, we are here to help you, kindly contact us to know more about the product if you have any confusion to choose the right ones for you.

There are no exchanges or refunds on any items purchased on sale and opened or used products. We are not responsible for any damages after delivery.

Please allow us up to one to three weeks from the day by when we receive your package to process your refund. You will be notified once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the same day of delivery. 

​

For all the orders placed through our website www.luleglow.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been placed successfully.
